Feline Full Mouth Dental Extraction

Tell Your Story:

Young male cat presented with stomatitis (inflammation of the mouth)/gums/tongue). Resorptive lesions were present suggesting that the missing teeth were also reabsorbed by the body as the dentin under the enamel broke down. Treatment plan was a full mouth extraction. Multiple X-Rays were taken to make sure all the roots and any broken pieces of tooth were removed to prevent further inflammtion. Patient will be sent home with antibiotics and pain relief medication.
