My female cat has been entering and exiting the litter box frequently at night for the past 2 or 3 nights, last night when she jumped out a small little poop did come out so I am assuming she is consitpated. She is eating and drinking normal and hasn’t show much sign of discomfort aside from when trying to use the bathroom at night.

Is this something I should monitor at home until a certain symptom occurs or should I make an appointment for the vet
