I Was Advised To Feed My Puppy Science Diet Small…
I have several questions.
I was advised to feed my puppy Science Diet small breed puppy. Should I just use kiblle or should I mix it with soft food?
For an adult dog or puppy is it okay to feed it kibble mixed with cooked ground beef for its regular meals?
What do you think about Thundershirt for a dog who is generally fearful & anxious (not about thunder)? What about calming sprays or pheremones? Do any of these work?
What do you think of using Martingale collars?
Ok so my mom passed away almost 3 months ago and I now take care FULL TIME of her 14 year old shin tzu who knows me very well. He is completely blind and deaf. My issue is that I cannot leave his side for more then 10 minutes or he will start panting and crying like really crying, witch I’ve never heard him do in his entire life. I don’t know what to do ???? I can’t go anywhere or even clean the house because he starts to freak out. I’ve though about maybe having him put down but I don’t because he still does what I call his happy mode, after he eats he does this thing where he rubs his head into the bed kinda under the pillow and I engage with him using my hand. It only lasts for a couple minutes or so but he does this about 2 or 3 times a day. And I feel like that shows some signs of still having a good quality of life. But oh my god he is driving me crazy with not being able to be alone. HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PLEASE TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO ????????
My dog as been painting really hard at night for the past few days but she won’t drink water. I fear that I may have made a horrible mistake of giving her ice cubes sense I have just read that they are bad for dogs.
She as also had some minor stomach problems. Starting a few months ago she would through up water.
She also has some gas.
She is a border collie / pit bull mix about 8 years old.
We moved two weeks ago.
My mother abandoned us.
She is on new food due to lack of money.
My other dog is just fine.
Our maltese has a collapsed trachea. Up to now we have managed via medications, but something happened to him. Now it is very hard for him to breathe, and it seems like he is getting very little oxygen. He no longer wants to walk, and has actually collapsed and fallen over. We have seen him have like a mini-collapse, followed by some leg shaking and then urinating and then vomiting. He is currently in a oxygen tent being "revived", but we need to determine if surgery is the right next step, or if there are other alternatives we have not yet tried. He is 9, but so cute and loveable! What do you recommend? And what can you tell us about the surgery success vs. risk?
My cats eye is sometimes watery. Last night it looked like she was crying and it had puddled up in the corner of her eye. This morning it isn’t watering but her nose is very wet as well. Should I take her to the vet? thanks!
My Staffie Is Nearly 16 Yrs, Apart From Deafness, Failing Eyesight And Joint…
My staffie is nearly 16 yrs, apart from deafness, failing eyesight and joint problems (which are understandable at her age) she’s, in the last 2 months, developed a penchant for uncontrollable whining and anxiousness between 8-12pm every night religiously, causing broken sleep for both me, my husband and my son. Her uncomfortableness is affecting us all, she’s slept on our bed since being a pup and going up to bed at a ridiculous hour seems the only way to calm her down. We’ve tried tiring her our, massage, salmon oil, serene drops and everything else possible but nothing seems to work. She pees on the floor regularly but we’ve just accepted this as part of her age, she sleeps peacefully all day but for those few hours at nighttime is absolutely inconsolable. Although she’s old it seems to us that her poor little body is giving into age even though her mind refuses to accept it! Very stressfull times! Please give advice! X
What do you do if your dog eats some pokeberries?
I recently rescued a cocker spaniel. He’s so great! Loving his company. I have a concern though. When I picked him up from the shelter he came down with kennel cough a few days later. He started an antibiotic yesterday for it. Now this morning he seems to be "shivering" a little bit. I’m concerned about this for a number of reasons I’m reading online that trembling could be a sign of distemper? Is it possible that The vet could have missed that? He was not Trembling when I brought him into the vet only after he started the Antibiotic Also I am concerned that maybe it’s a side effect from the anabiotic? Or the third thing it’s rather cold here in Buffalo New York maybe he’s just chilly? any ideas would greatly put my mind at ease thank you
My very excellent friend : Linda O’Connor? suggested I look you up and YES I ‘LIKED’ you to ask if anyone can answer this question :
: can you give Cat Revolution to Dogs : they are made of the same ingredient but the cat is 60mg/ml and the dog is 120mg/ml : so I reckon 2tubes would equal one .. but then the cat one suits 2.6-7.5kg and the dog 20.1-40kg : THE QUESTION IS "HOW MANY TUBES OF THE CAT SHOULD I USE FOR A 35KG DOG" the cat Revolution is outta date but I’ve run out of Dog Revolution ???
