i’m going to take a wild guess and say that’s ringworm…but a vet should be your next stop.  and wash your hands, that stuff transfers to humans.

Agree with Laura….I can definately see circles though its difficult to make out the photo.
If you don’t take him to the Vet it will spread all over him…..and as Laura stated you can carch it too.

I think you should look on the internet to see pictures of ringworm in dogs to make sure that is what it is.
