senior cat recently started dragging back feet when trying to walk, now hasent really moved from one spot. hes eating and drinking when its put in front of him. cant pick him up he bites every now and then.hes struggled with incontinence for a while and has been on renavast and natural balance duck and pea. . he had a few little seziures past few days. is there anything the vet can do?

It sounds to me like he has final stage kidney failure. ?

Does he also smell really bad? I don’t mean when he’s incontinent, but in general? Is he really thin and is his coat dull? 

From what I know of kidney failure of he also has those things I just listed then it will sadly be time for him to leave this world.

All of these things sound pretty serious to me.  There are always things that a vet can do – especially diagnose what is going on so that possible options to help your pet can be presented.  I think an exam is well worth it.  I hope you can get to a vet soon so that he can feel better!
