I have a pit bull puppy he is 75 pounds he will be 1 year in January he has a runny nose. He’s throwing up and dihearia ots now 1:35 am amd he hasn’t peed or poopes since 9am the morning before he seems like he might just have a cold but I’m not to sure he is also very hot.. any advice I’m giving him pedilight thats the only thing I can think of

firstly, not peeing for this long is an emergency on its own. Throwing up and having a diarrhea consistently and potentially having a fever (did you measure the temperature?) also calls for a vet visit asap.

Please, do take him to a vet as soon as possible; like right now.

Hi, At the very least, if he hasn’t peed for this long then he’s very likely dehydrated, despite the pedilyte(?) you’re giving him. If he is throwing up then he probably isn’t able to absorb the fluid he needs. For this reason alone I would say take him to a vet because he may need a drip (intravenous fluids) to get him back on track.Furthermore, as he’s still a puppy, there are some nasty diseases out there like parvovirus which can make young dogs very very ill, and can kill them if they don’t get the right treatment, so please… Read more »
