Depends on the pain. I had never had a dog vomit from pain that wasn’t GI related. Lack of energy and appetite yes, vomiting no. Liver pain, pancreatic pain, things like that yes. Muscle, joint, bone pain, never had a dog vomit from pain. What kind of pain are you suspecting?

I’m not liking that. I’d at least call the vet and tell him what’s happening.

i would imagine it can, just like humans.  take your dog in to see the vet and discuss this with them.
