Hi
I have a pup named Izzy who was spayed 5 days ago now.
I have had some trouble today keeping her from playing and running.
I noticed for the first time (I have been checking multiple times a day) that she has a lump next to her sutures on one side. It feels quite hard to touch. She doesn’t seem in any discomfort she’s acting completely normal, her sutures site looks great, no other lumps, bumps, swelling, redness, hotness etc.

I plan to take her to the vet to get it looked out but her vet doesn’t re-open till Monday. Should I rush to the emergency vet or will Monday be okay?

Any ideas what would cause a hard lump only heard of fluid like lumps !

Thanks in advance

Hello,
If she is acting normally you are probably ok to wait. If the incision is firm and non penetrating into the abdomen you are probably ok to wait.
