1.  Take him to a vet to make sure he does not have a bladder infection or crystals in his urine.  Either of these conditions (along with some others) can give him the constant urge to urinate 2.  Once that is ruled out you need to buy belly bands for both dogs (get 6 Wbands or so).  Put both dogs in belly bands that have been lined with sanitary napkins (buy the least expensive pads you can find, nothing fancy).  They both should wear the band when they are roaming the house.  The band come off only when they go… Read more »

i’d go back to square 1 with housebreaking.  prior to this, the “rules” about going in the house only applied to the houses he knew!  i would also use an enzyme cleaner to clean up those spots.

do you crate them?  if not, now’s the time to start.  it’ll help with retraining.

it really is in the best interest of everyone, including your house and your wallet! besides, it’s a safe space for your dog when scary things happen. 🙂
