Miracle Supplement for our Best Friends??? Nutra Thrive by Dr. Gary Richter author of The Ultimate Pet Guide, is selling this powder called Nutra Thrive that you put on your dog’s kibble. He says that it can help with allergies, joint discomfort, bad breath, and he even suggests that it may help with the canine cancer crisis!!!! Is this a miracle for our dogs or a gimmick that pet owners should avoid? It’s just a supplement. It might help, or it might not. I prefer feeding a diet that works best with my dog’s system. This is easy to determine – if the dog’s coat is greasy/patchy/smelly, or if the dog has pudding poop, or if the dog’s constantly itchy and licking/chewing paws or shaking their head, the food may very well be the culprit.

I don’t like buying something that reads like snake oil. I would want to know a LOT more about this product before considering it for my dog.
