I have a litter of 5 kittens. They are 10 days old today and as far as I know I have never seen them poop. They eat fine walk around just fine and seem healthy. I stimulate them after feeding. They always urinate just no poop. What do I do?

Is there another cat/pet that may be helping ‘clean up’ after them? They should be passing some feces…
By this age they may very well go on their own.

If they’re absolutely not leaving little ‘droppings’ in their bed- that is a medical concern worth a vet visit.
The fact that there are five kittens, and no stool, makes me think another pet is keeping them clean. It’s hard to imagine that the entire litter is constipated!

If they are truly not defecating holding a kittens butt anus-up under a gentle stream of warm running water may stimulate a bowel movement.
