Some animals have reactions to the type of suture used and it will swell a little, but really isnt a problem unless the cat is licking at it or scratching. Ditto to the above post.
Good morning ? If the bumps aren’t red, sore or warm to the touch, I would not be too concerned. You can always call your vet if you are really worried though. I’m assuming you have a follow up and many kitten visits in your near future for inoculations, etc. so you will be seeing your vet soon anyway? But in my experience, as long as they are eating, going to the litter box, playing, not lethargic, no soreness or redness, not warm around the incision…. then they’re most likely fine and this is just part of the healing process.… Read more »
