Hi,im feeling destroyed as my nearly 2 years old cat was hit on the head…

Hi,im feeling destroyed as my nearly 2 years old cat was hit on the head by a car, she was blending so much, panting, hurt one eye, and the X-ray showed damage to the brain, top of mouth, jaw, and her eye they don’t know if it will recover or might need to be removed, her body isn’t bad, I think she has an injured paw, but it’s the head the problem, she’s on a drip, and antibiotics. This happened 24h ago, today the vet decided not to operate today but do it tomorrow, not sure if because he is busy, or because they want her to settle, I don’t know.
They don’t tell me much, but I would like some advice, does she stand a chance? Have you had similar cases that they were successful? Please tell me something, I know you don’t know the case well, or seen the cat, but I need my Binky back, and if there’s any hope, I need to keep hoping 🙁
Thank you
Sandra J.

They won’t be the same as you remember before and you can’t blame them for that but they will change no doubt. It might be best for her to be freed and let go to her resting place. It is a hard decision but you are her mommy and will make the best decision… Read more »
