Pulse, heart, X-rays- all indicate that she is perfect- 3 years old.

Hi
I desperately need advice. My three year old Border Collie, (weighs 21 kg) she is often short of breath. Last week, she started vomiting, defecated, went into spasms, couldn´t stand and started panting as if she had run a long distance. Her blood pressure, pulse, X-rays, ECG, blood tests are all ok. This is her second attack (first was in April), we almost lost her- she is slightly better but shivers/trembles.
The vets I have consulted have no idea what the problem could be.
