She was very unsettled after her road trip and I think very unsure of her new surroundings. We are keeping her warm and giving her lots of attention. But I don’t think she understands why she is where she is.

If she were human I’d give her something to stop the diahorrea, but she isn’t and I need to help her.

She is happy. Still drinking water. Happy to eat, but I’m not sure if I should let her eat.

Please help.

Hello!
Congrats on your new pup. I would think that she’s probably adjusting to the new routine, but to be on the safe side, a trip to the vet is in order. For basic exam, vaccines if needed. They can also give you medication for helping with the loose bowels (it is pretty inexpensive). Take a sample of the feces for them to test for parasites. I’d give her food, just bland –boiled chicken and rice is great.
Good luck!!
