I have a four-month-old puppy she was diagnosed with par bow we started treating her 24 hours ago with antibiotics but when will the diarrhea and vomiting stop

Parvo is caused by a virus, the antibiotics won’t kill it. The antibiotics helps to prevent an additional infection, as the immunesystem is already weakened. Does she get any other medications? It is important to stop the vomiting and diarrhea with additional medication, otherwise your puppy looses too much fluids and dehydrates. It will most likely need intravenous fluids, as the virus is extreme and most of the time even water doesn’t stay in. Keep your baby hydrated. Pedialite will help put some of the electrolytes back in your baby. If a vet just gave you antibiotics and sent you home then I suggest you see another vet
