I’m assuming you mean inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)? Jasmine had that. In her care it was a result of food allergies. The first step was to eliminate the offending foods. We used blood testing as a baseline and went from there. Not everybody agrees this approach is effective; was for us, though. The other approach would be starting a limited, novel ingredient diet – things your dog never had before. Hey there, I would like to add to talk to your vet about Limited Ingredient Diets and what they suggest.  Echoing Jana a food with an exotic not before eaten main protein source like Duck, Rabbit, Lamb, etc may help aid in your situation.  LID diets contain one main source of protein and one source of carbs coupled with easily digestible nutrient ingredients.  Also, ask your vet about a prescription I/D diet until the IB is under control then try to swith to an LID.  One of my furries has a very sensitive stomach and suffered from bloating, gas and… Read more »
