I’m considering purchasing a 12 week old female Maltese puppy from a 5 star breeder. When I called to get information on the puppy, she mentioned that when the dog was checked by vet he said she was healthy but has an overbite (you can not see overbite in the picture of her I had seen online) She had told me the overbite is not a big deal, but because of it, we get a discount on the dog. I’m nervous about what the dogs appearance as it gets older, I had seen dogs with overbites online and i don’t know how I feel about having a dog with all of their teeth sticking out. Are overbites common in dogs? Does this mean I will definitely see her teeth as she gets older and her mouth develops? Thank you(:
