I have a small dog with very bad teeth. He started bleeding from his mouth / gums yesterday. The bleeding will stop on its own but when bleeding restarts he has blood clots and it drips from his mouth. The vet came and didn’t see anything. He has continued to bleed off and on all thru the night and has been restless all night also. There is no odor to the blood. What should i do? He is 16 years old
