Dr. Magnifico is being very nice. If you insist on treating your dog at home, your dog WILL die. Get her back to the vet, get the surgery, save your dog’s life.

Hello. There is no home remedy that will tear rhus. As wfexriclt as surgery to remove the infected uterus. Please see a vet ASAP. I’m sorry but the prognosis and ability to treat at home is really poor with this condition.

It’s very unlikely that you can treat a pyometra at home. Even if there is no pus or blood showing she can have something that is called a “closed pyometra”. That means no discharge will be seen – but it will still be full of blood/pus. It may rupture or will otherwise infect ehr body further. Not to mention the pain she is in.
Dogs (and other animals) can live surprisingly long with a pyometra – but in the end they die. Please get her to the vet and get the infected uterus removed.
