My baby sugar glider began pooping in a white/yellow yoghurt textured substance that has strong smell of garlic. Poops normally too. Could this spread to my other glider and is it dangerous?

Whenever a juvenile animal is involved, a vet visit is even more important..take a sample of your gliders feces as well as the other substance. Possible urinary tract infection? Parasites? Whenever you have animals communally, parasite management always needs to be kept in check so make sure you get a sample to take to your vet to be analyzed. Good luck! Let us know what the vet discovers.
