My 9month old chickens have got what looks like scaly mites. But after 2 weeks of bathing feet and various treatments, there is no improvement. Some have had scales falling off

“Gail Damerow indicates an oral dosage of Ivermectin of 5-7 drops for bantam birds, 1/4 cc for larger birds in The Chicken Health Handbook. She also states that “since the withdrawal time is not known, ivermectin should not be used on birds kept for meat or eggs.”‘
I found several recommendations for use of ivermectin in cases of scaly mites, which I would do if you have already tried treating with mineral oil topically- to suffocate the mites.
You could also put diatomaceous earth down in a spot where they like to dust bathe- that usually eradicates mites!
