Good morning. Do you mean that the cat is choosing to sit with you, or on your laptype of thing? Or do you mean that you do not want the cat near you ever at all? If the latter, then I would suggest closing the door to your personal space (I.e. your bedroom) so that the cat cannotget to you or your things. If you do not want the cat sitting with you on the sofa, etc. then a kind nudge to get her away from you should suffice. If an allergy is part of the concern, then perhaps your… Read more »

Close your door. Ignore the cat. Move. Or, accept the fact that you live with an animal, and as a resident of your home, you are subject to the cat’s attentions. This is basically it. If your roommate brought the cat in without discussing it with you, at the end of the lease I would move.
