I haven’t noticed any kind of diaherrea or vomiting but im very worried and I don’t have a lot of money for a vet what can do

Large toads excrete toxins that cause dogs to exhibit excessive salivation or foaming at the mouth, head shaking, red or irritated gums, drunken gait, hard time breathing, confusion, weakness, heart arrhythmia, pawing at the mouth and in SEVERE events, complete collapse.
