Krista- I did call the emergency vet clinic and they directed me to poison control. Unfortunately the emergency vet was of no help and since it was a smaller amount for her I monitored her all night. I did call her normal vet an hour ago and they told me if no signs showed up within the first hour, she is fine. I do agree that waiting with some toxins is a bad idea, but typically before the body shuts down, would they not first start vomiting and rejecting the toxins? —————————————————— Laura- That was the first thing I did.… Read more »

without knowing when this was posted, i don’t know that this is of any immediate use to you, but in the future PLEASE call the pet poison helpline should your dog eat something you know he shouldn’t.
